Phone screening was casual and an overall good experience. The questions were mostly personal and we only spoke on my employment background briefly. The interviewer seemed nice but there were many long pauses, so I am not sure if they had the questions prepared in advance. I found it difficult to get into a rhythm but overall it was a good interview.
