The interview process was very long. First there was an initial screening from their recruiter by phone, then there was on-site interview, that lasted about 3-4 hours, which consisted of going through the CV with the lead dev and head of engineering, then practice session to show how you work with the team, then more talk. After that, there was one more interview with the CEO, going through life experience and motivation to work there questions. Overall, I spent about a day in total for the whole interview process which has been the longest I've ever done. The interview itself was very easy for me, I liked the CEO and the product, however, I did not feel like I would feel good in the team at the state it was.
