Interview
A quick telephone interview with a recruitment agency and then a face to face interview with a manager at Croner House. Very speedy process, I had the interview on the Wednesday and was offered the job on the Friday. I was made to feel at ease through out the process and they kept in tough which was great considering the current pandemic.

very friendly HR team, they asked a series of competency based questions based on real life scenarios that they've had from clients. They were good at probing and followed up with more questions to help you answer.
