Did a phone interview with HR, then was called in for an in person interview with the director of the department. She was great and I had an offer within 20 minutes after leaving.

It was very brief and straight to the point. Talked about experience on resume and what I was looking for. They also asked about my hobbies and interested and where I see myself in 5 years
