First, you will be sent an assessment. Then once you complete the assessment there will be an interview.
The corporate recruiter(s) who reached out to me (regarding this position and another one) were very unprofessional, rude and condescending.
The recruiter emailed me after business hours and asked if i had time to discuss a position. When I responded the next day during business hours the recruiter set up an impromptu Microsoft Teams video interview 2 hours from my response email.
The recruiter started off the interview with "I do not want to waste my time, what is your salary?" and even jumped off the interview to take another call then returned to my impromptu Microsoft Teams video interview.
This will be a long review if I keep going. To keep this short, Cross Country Healthcare recruiters have no consideration for a candidates time, energy or even their own jobs.
