Multi-faceted. Overly complicated. 1. Contacted first by one individual. 2. Received an email next with multiple choice questions about background. 3. Recruiter screen - 30 minutes 4. Hiring Manager interview - 30 minutes 5. Loom video - you are given a mock situation for renewal which I recorded and had back to them within 2 hours. 6. 360 reference check - gave 4 references at this point whom all verified my background. 7. Panel interview - this was with 1 party, as the other party was 'busy with their kids'. 8. Advised by another individual that the final step would be an interview with their boss. 9. Ghosted and then received a heads up that they moved forward with another candidate.
