4 separate interviews (1 screener, met with the director of medicine and 2 HR, lead health coach, and regional lead). It was very casual. They got back to me in a timely manner.

Interview
Phone screen with guild manager followed by 2 on-sites with clinic management & client benefits rep. HR was very responsive and helpful through entire process (~1 mo from first interview to offer), and all interviewers were respectful & fairly transparent.
