The interviewer did not show up at the time of the original scheduled remote telephone interview and responded hours later to reschedule for another day. The interview itself was average. I did not get the position.

They forgot my interview 3 times. They kept booking me on dates where the interviewer was not available and wouldn't let me know until I contacted them. It was an obvious sign of a lack of respect. The first interview was great, the second one just felt repetitive and it was obvious the interviewer was multitasking and not paying attention.

Submit your resume, cover letter, and three references. Have an interview with a staff member and then another interview with the CEO. The interview questions from the staff members are all the standard generic interview questions and the interview typically lasts about 30 minutes. The interview with the CEO is more of a conversation and the duration lasts for as long as that conversation is productive and interesting.
