We did it over Skype, the person who interview me was nice and responsive so I became less nervous as the interview went on. I had never worked at a overnight camp, but had experience with kids so I was just a little concerned, but got over it quickly.

Lots of communication via email, which was fine. They were very professional. We scheduled a phone interview and it was great. The woman was very nice. She asked question about what I am doing in school, where I'm from, my work background, etc. Typical application questions. I didn't feel like I was being bombarded with questions because she was very tuned into the conversation and was feeding off of my answers.
