I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Very relaxed first round interview. Spoke with a manager and a partner for 30 minutes each. No tough questions, just to get a better sense of your personality and character. 2 weeks later, super day interview in Chicago. A little bit more formal. 1, 30 minute interview with a manager/partner then spent the rest of the day learning about the company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2022
Interview
Honestly, I had a very negative and disappointing experience with Crowe. The recruiter I spoke with encouraged me to interview for the Risk and Compliance role only to advise me that I’m more qualified for a role I never applied to so I wasn’t even going to be considered for the R/C role I interviewed for. I was left waiting for over a month with minimal contact from the recruiter to only advise me that the clients were moving forward with other candidates even though I exceeded the qualifications and I was informed the interviewers thought of me in a positive manner. I asked for information regarding why I was not being considered and I was ignored. I do believe there are serious flaws in the recruitment process at a Crowe and the recruiter I spoke with seemed to be extremely uninformed about their job duties as they informed me multiple times they have no idea where the process is at. I feel very disrespected by this recruiter and the whole process and I would urge you to take caution.

Interview
Applied in August. Completed a video interview, then has 2 different video calls over the span of 2 weeks. One was behavior based, "tell me about a time", etc. And the second was basically just for me to ask questions for half an hour. The consultants who interviewed me seemed not to know much about the hiring process, as things are different than whats on the website due to covid, and they were not actually a part of the HR staff. 2 weeks later HR called and extended an offer.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
Applied via University Career Fair. 1st round was recorded interview, very straightforward questions (why crowe, why your first choice position, example of working on a team). Took a few weeks to hear back that I got the 2nd round, 30min video interview. Interviewer was quite disorganized, read off basicbehavioral questions from a list. Found out during this interview that the position was different from what I applied for. Found out immediately after I had gotten the 3rd interview- another 30min video. Interviewer was a partner, asked about office preference, more very basic behavioral questions. Thought it went very well. Received email two weeks later that they were "still considering", and formal rejection over a month later. Disorganized interview process, ultimately glad I did not get the position because a) did not find out until halfway through the process that I was interviewing for a different position that what I applied for and b) reflects internal company disorganization
