30-45 minute call with a senior at the firm, behavioral questions. I think there are typically 2 rounds, but I only had one. It was super friendly and I felt really comfortable the entire way through. It was done through Zoom.

Interview
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.
