Interview
1st round meeting with Partner and Manager. 2nd round invited to lunch for office visit with various other candidates and managers/staff. Very conversation style interview which made me very comfortable.
Straightforward behavior based questions, no technical interviewing required. Mostly looking to see if your a good fit personality wise. Be sure to know how to answer questions related to your previous experience and how they relate.
Three round behavior questions without technical questions. Very conversational with partners and manager. Each takes about 30 mins to 1 hour. It was an internship program then you will receive a full-time offer after that.
Incredibly friendly and personable. I appreciated that the interview felt like a conversation. It made the experience fantastic. It is most important for them to find the right cultural fit.
