On-campus interview consisted of two 30 minute interviews with 2 different partners. The following week I was invited for an office visit. The office visit was an all day event, and breakfast and lunch was provided. The morning consisted of a general presentation of the company and then specific presentations for each part of the firm (e.g., tax, audit, risk). Then we were taken to a conference room for a general Q&A with staff level employees. Throughout the question session, people were taken out for interviews. The office interview was 30 minutes.
The whole process was very organized and thorough. Very big 4ish.

Interview
Fairly relaxed/casual interview with two managers of the firm. They mostly asked questions about what my plans are in the future and when I plan on sitting for my CPA exam. Talked a lot about modern culture assisting with work-life balance.

Interview
Two back to back interviews with tax partners, each was about 30 minutes. The first interview was mainly the tax partner asking me questions off my resume. Some questions included what was my favorite/least favorite course and why, why tax, questions about the accounting firm I had interned at, why my GPA was low, etc. Second interview consisted just of the tax partner telling me that it was my time to basically interview him. Overall, definitely enjoyed the environment that Crowe provided, as well as the people there. I had attended a social earlier that week as well and everyone was just extremely personable and approachable. Unfortunately I was looking for a full time offer and they would only offer me an internship so I had to deny.
