Interview
If you already earned or partially passed CPA, they will always welcome you joining in. Nothing to be fear, they don't question much. I also just had a sit there, and I asked some questions what am I going to be in charged.
First, there will be a phone interview by HR. After shortlisted, there will be online assessment which including personality test and English test. Next, an online interview will be arranged. The entire interview process was done in 30 min and interviewers were friendly.

Interview
The HR is very friendly and helpful during the recruitment process. The virtual interview with the partner and the manager are very chill. It is more like random chit chat and asking about your past experience.
