Interview
Interview was online - there were 3 panel members - head of LBT, senior LBO and another officer. Interview was fairly easy and straight forward. I think they asked around 7-8 questions - competency questions, etc. I done so well that they had to do stage 2 of interviews to make it fair. I was invited to a written assessment which was also based on competency. That part was more nerve-racking. Still got the job never the less
