I was referred to Crucial Recruitment through a friend. An initial telephone interview was arranged to talk through the role and my experiences. Following that I was invited in to the office for a face to face and to deliver a presentation on my area of expertise. The presentation went well and we had a really open discussion around the challenges and expectations of the role afterwards. Ultimately I wasn't successful, but feedback was provided. From a working culture point of view they felt I would require more structure and guidance than they could offer as a start-up.
