Scheduling was incredibly disorganized, and I’m not even sure if the CrunchLabs team realized or cared about how difficult they were making the process - especially for someone who was currently working a full-time job. Calls got moved 10 minutes before the previously scheduled call, everyone was always at least 15 minutes late (one time 25 minutes late), emails got ghosted. This company has no respect for your time, as well as no organization. One of the more frustrating interview experiences I’ve had; I definitely feel like I’ve dodged a bullet, regardless of what the planted company reviews say.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CrunchLabs (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The interview process started with a recruiter screen (fairly short, only 15 min). Afterward, I went through a fairly straightforward technical interview, essentially what is expected of a new grad. Ended with a weeklong design project.
