It was laid back and casual. More so, a get to know where you're at and get to know us type of interview. Prepare to lead the conversation as it isn't structured in the typical way.

My interview process ended after a single phone interview. Interviewer was personable and gave a detailed overview of what the job would entail. I exited the interview process for another offer before proceeding any further.
