Lengthy interview process. Not sure they even know what they are looking for to fill this position. They seem to have unrealistic expectations given the offered salary position. It’s been posted for a long time as well so maybe they are figuring that out.

3 rounds of interviews. Final interview not about skill set. Hiring manager concerned about if you are able to fit into their "click". Young new attorney with linited life experiences. If you have a strong personalityno need to apply.
