It had a 2 stage process.
The first was a test which comprised of aptitude and core subject questions and most of them are theory.
The second stage was a interview where they discussed about location and compensation details.

The interview process is so long. They conducted a written test and GD in college and called for an interview to office where they took the TR and HR rounds.
