- Trial #1: Shadowing someone to see how they did the job
- Trial #2: (Supposedly) Co-hosting with someone, but it was more like the first one again.
This couldn't be helped though, given that the second event was a large one and thus there were less opportunities.
Interview only rated as difficult given that there are 3 rounds of interview/trial, and they are very time consuming trials that take 6-12 hours.
On the work environment/events:
Staff are great though, very willing to hear you out, cares about your welfare and friendly/cooperative work environment. Some staff are terrible at their job though, with terrible micromanaging tendencies/capabilities, which was problematic as it hindered the workflow and stressed the clients unnecessary . But that was one individual vs. the rest of his very competent, friendly and great colleagues, who have demonstrated many times over that they can do their job/are good people.
Hiring HR was pleasant, communicative and willing to negotiate/keen to learn about your capabilities and interests.
