Specific questions around Police Performance Framework which is sent out in the invitation email. Follow these closely as the marking scheme is based around points on this framework. There is then an assessment centre with the College of Policing which takes a day to complete. There are several companies which offer training for the assessment centre and this is highly recommended as again, what they are looking for is quite specific.
