Was contacted via linkedIn to apply to the role from HR @ Cummings Aerospace on a Tuesday. Had a phone screening the next day with the director. After the phone screening I had a on-site interview with 4 people from Cummings aerospace the following Monday. Arrive at the interview and only 2 of the 4 people are available to actually conduct the interview. Questions varied from past work experience, to management styles to the classic "How do you handle this situation" senarios. The technical part of the interview took about 30 minutes. Next HR reviewed their benefits package and let me know they would be in touch with next steps, and hopefully have an answer by end of week. A week has passed since the onsite interview and no further communication has been established. Disappointed that they reached out and asked me to apply to their role, and then they ghosted me.
