The interview process was fine. However, the hiring manager, Caleb, mentioned during the interview process that he would like to get me in front of the owner for an additional interview, but then never followed up with me. I called multiple times over the course of a month, only to be told that they had selected someone else. It is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to string people along like this, especially one that is qualified and would've been a great asset to the team.
