Interviewed for the the San Dimas, CA CLA-II position. Disorganized, informal interview with the hiring manager through Google Meet. Pay is great, but there is no job security which the hiring managers make very clear. They are very unresponsive after the interview. Expect to constantly bother them with emails every week because if you don't do this, they will ghost you. They will say that you are extremely qualified and a good fit, but will only offer you the graveyard shift. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, it seems communication is very poor.

It went really well! The person conducting the interview was really nice and wanted to know my schedule flexibility and just wanted to get me familiar with how a typical work day it. She said it was a lot of repetition, which i didn't mind. Wanted to know why i wanted to work there and kind of what I want to do long term
