      Interview

Their hiring process is very unprofessional and aweful. I gave an interview for the yoga instructor position. They took 5 rounds of interview, they told me that I will be given the offer in a week. The last round HR, was after the internal discussion with the panel. This is what they told me. I waited for a week, based on their statement, I told my clients and studio that soon I might discontinue the present classes. On the last day they tell me that they can't continue with my profile. Is that professional? The reason given was, the panel had a discussion again and decided the same. In the panel one of the interviewer who took my communication round has told my personal practice is not going good it seems. Then why were my practical round scores high? I have been practising from past 10 years regularly. It reflects in the demo interview. But in demo, I have been given high rating is what I was told. Someone who checks my communication, can see how my personal practice is!! In the end the person who was organising my interview process told that he can't argue with me anymore. Seriously? I was just asking the right reason so that I can work upon. Not just that, he stopped to pick my call. Very very unprofessional!! Don't waste your time with these guys!
