Curious Jane interview questions

The interview process was a little challenging. I had applied for a role and during the conversation, was asked if I would be interested in a different role (without receiving a job description). Eager to work with them, I did claim I was interested, discussed another opportunity and left the interview. Later, I was contacted for an additional role. Ultimately, I was not offered at that time (after being redirected through three separate jobs.)

There are some very specific softwares they want candidates to know. But they don't list those in the job description. If knowing those softwares are a make or break it would be helpful to update the job description to state them as mandatories.
