Current TV interview questions

It was supposed to be a simple 3 step process - first round with HM, 2nd round with a tech manager, 3rd round group interview (all video) The HM made me feel like I had done well - and told me they are looking forward to continuing the process and would set me up for the second round with one of the tech managers. However, despite that, they went silent for around 10 days and then came back and said they don't want to move forward. It doesn't set a good example for candidate experience whatsoever. Expected more from a startup that raves about its culture and how they treat people.
