Interview
Phone interview first (quite unexpected) then in-person interview. Well-organised in-store interview though I was not contacted at all afterwards. Staff were lovely though and the tasks were easy to understand.

Initial phone interview, followed by in-store interview with standard questions (tell me about yourself, what does teamwork mean to you? why do you want to work for us?) and an on-floor role play task.
