25 minute Discovery session where you're walk around the shop floor and speak with staff or customers and look at different products. Then a one to one interview which lasted around 30 mins but was fairly easily.
Definitely the easiest interview I had ever done. It was just an informal chat with one of the managers with really simple and straightforward questions and asking about my availability.
Initial group interview and then one to one afterwards. Very relaxed setting and was made comfortable by staff undertaking interview. The whole process was very quick and communication was great.
