Interview
Interview wasn't too much pressure, management make you feel at ease and comfortable during the process. Asked a few general questions and asked what I like to do in my free time.
Questions regarding the role and experience . How relevant previous experience and skills are, expectations of day to day. What you expect to learn what you are present on the role at hand
1 stage interview was okay sat in the back and they went through it with me got the job sorted offered me at the interview was easy and explained process and how long it would take to start
Normal process, asked about my background and extra curricular subjects including why I was interested in working in tech.
Be prepared to explain your work history and why you would be suitable for customer service
