Interview
Went in store. Had a short conversation about the job and how I'd respond to certain situations. Was taken to the shop floor for a short roleplay with an existing colleague. Had to help the 'customer' pick between two theoretical tablets better suited to their needs. Received a call within a few days to offer me the position. I understand it's a bit different to that these days.

What is your availability? Do you have any prior arrangements or holiday booked?
Easy, Manager takes you to have a 1-1 and will ask basic questions about why you want the role, what areas you think you will exceed well in (Audio, Home Appliances, etc).

Interview
Only spoke on the phone so far, due for an in person interview soon. Very easy to answer questions, mostly about yourself and your availability. I heard back about a f2f interview very quickly within half an hour.

They interviewed us in a large group asking questions and scenarios. We introduced ourselves and watched clips and interactive studies regarding the job. We were given starter packs and home study activities to complete
