Met up with Principal and two associates/Project Managers and met up to review your portfolio, your expectations, and their expectations. They discussed about their company history and culture, and what kind of projects they work on as a company, as well as what kind of projects Seattle office focused on.

The interview questions were from a premade set from leadership and can feel a bit robotic. They will ask you questions about your previous experience and what type of projects you are hoping to work on. I remember being asked specifically about which project in my portfolio was my favorite.
