Easy. As long as you so an interest in aviation and have a decent personality and attitude you can get hired. They are looking for long term employees. Also people who are quick learners and have the ability to keep track of the surrounding area. It also helps to always have a checklist in your head so you never miss a step cause it could result in disaster.

interview process was straight forward, manager was very informative. They walked me out to the ramp and asked a few questions.I had to go back to a second interview and got the job on the spot
