I applied online. I interviewed at Cutter & Squidge (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
After the first interview which I thought went quite well, they never got back to me. I sent an email a few weeks later, and they decided to ignore that too. I put a lot of time into preparing for the interview so it's very disheartening to not hear back.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cutter & Squidge in Jul 2024
Interview
I had 3 interviews for my role, an initial video call with the Chief Operating Officer, who is also a co-founder and was then set a small task to complete asking for my take on a specific part of the role I was applying for.
I was then asked to present this to both the Co-Founders and we had a short Q&A session to expand on certain parts.
From there I was then invited to the office for a final face-to-face interview, which was great, I got to meet the Team, ask more questions and most importantly try some cake!
Overall the experience was exactly what I expected, from first interview to an offer was probably two weeks tops.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had a lot of scenario based questions asked as well as questions asked about my previous experience in various areas of the role I was applying for.

Interview
I've only started using high glass door and think it's great you can leave reviews
I would of loved to have known this when I had the interview!
I came from the interview rather insulted I believe I spoke with the 2 owners and overall they were rude and blunt and when I spoke about my experience they looked me up and down and said are you sure you can lift x amount of kg
I can't imagine what it would be like to work there if that is their attitude to potential employees
