3 Interviews; one phone and two in-person. In the second in-person interview, we used their platform and asked for feedback on their platform. They were really good at discussing objectives of the role before being hired. In the first interview, I knew that this organization was something special. We were able to talk plainly about the business, the opportunities that the role afforded me, and the growth that could be experienced if I was successful.
