The HR offered sent me 2 invitations for different positions- I accepted just the UX role. When we spoke on the phone she asked if I am interested in a Marketing Role. I said that this is not what I really aim for.
After that scheduled 30min interview turned into 8min interview. She said that 1 year experience is not enough (which was not mentioned as job description). I explained that I have over 4 years in relevant experience field unfortunately she lost completely interested . She didn't ask me almost anything and all my questions were answered with 1 line.
It is really disappointing that Cyberduck doesn't support people who are transiting/ developing to new or similar positions. I prepared for the interview for days, even the interview day was in my holiday. Just waste of time (crafting cover letter, prep for the interview ) and energy.
Of course the feedback from Cyberduck was poor/none. I wish my time was more appreciated.
