Approximately 3 plus week process. Initial phone call from the hiring manager who schedules the interviews. 2 Interviews back to back. The first was a small panel interview, and the second was a very large panel interview, consisting of a 45 minute powerpoint presentation on the disease, motivational interviewing and and an overview of how to create, implement and provides outcomes metrics for the program of interest to them. Final phone call was from the hiring manager on their decision yea or ne.

You have a short interview with the hiring manager and the operations manager then a panel interview with approx three individuals. The entire process took about 2 about weeks. The panel interview took aprox 90 minutes.
