Interview
Very good and in depth. Just wish the post interview on boarding was better as they took a long time to reply to any questions and were difficult to get hold of the recruiter.

Example of when I was proud of a piece of work and one example I had Misgivings about
straight forward but had to be in person. Questions were quiet easy and seemed quite basic. Wonder if there is more to the job. Interview was with two people and they were very friendly. Had time to ask my own questions too

Asked for an example of a safeguarding i had raised and how i managed it
