Lasted 3 weeks... Document assessment and qualification checks. Scenario based questions and numeracy test.

Interview
It was about 35-40 minutes long, I was asked questions about my previous experience and given scenarios concerning clients outside of the hospital and inside the hospital as well. The people who were interviewing me were very nice and welcoming.
