Met with several managers from various locations in one on one meetings they asked simple q's just to get to know you. The process was not difficult. They are just looking for honest hard working people
One interview, where I met with another Sales Associate and talked about my background, and relationship to Baseball/Softball. It was very smooth, and just need to make sure you are a normal person, with good communication skills.
