I completed an initial HR call, a productive one hour conversation with the hiring manager, and a comprehensive three stage interview with the team to discuss role expectations and fit. Been 2 months and didnt hear back anything. Ghosted
The interview process included multiple rounds of technical interviews. The company is not sure about what they want for their roles. Myself and many colleagues went through the interview process and all had bad experiences.
