Interview
1: Standard HR screener
2: A case stuy analysis of an amazon listing
3 Technical interview where the case study is reviewed
I sent my resume for the position and was interviewed a couple of days letter in an HR screener with all the usual questions, then I completed a fairly easy but time consuming case study.
Last I had an interview with 2 directors where we discussed the case and was asked some relatively easy questions.
After being done with the process I waited for a response, then I followed up and was told that I would receive a decision after 3 weeks. after the 3 weeks I followed up and was told to keep waiting.
I never received either a rejection or offer.
I find it extremely rude to make me spend my time interviewing and completing a case study but not have the decency of sending an automated e-mail.
I would not recommend interviewing here and I think that I dodged a bullet

Interview
Interview process is three steps: HR, Technical Skills Assessment, Management. I passed the HR interview with general questions about my Amazon FBA experience. The second part was Technical Skill assessment. They sent me 10 questions all around listing optimization, PPC, etc. and I had 3 days to complete it. It was pretty thorough and took me 2 solid days. After I sent my results, D1 HR informed me that they won’t be filling this position in the US. They wasted my time. They just pulled that position from the US and had to know this before making me do this work.
