Informal chat with internal recruiter followed by Interview with Principal Process Engineer. Nothing too technical, more about understanding my past experiences and what I can bring to the table. Used the STAR method as much as I could. Good opportunity for me to ask plenty of questions back to the interviewer at the end. It was a pleasant conversation overall.
