Scam Alert!
I have interviewed here twice now - and both times I noticed that they are overly nice and ask a bunch of questions about "hypothetical" assignments. They take notes about the work and then surprise, surprise, you get a rejection.

How would approach projects? (she basically only asked about work that they currently have and are clearly struggling to complete for the client).
I had two phone interviews (first with HR, then a future boss) and then a written test. The test was difficult but fair. I then received the job offer and accepted.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DCG Communications (Washington, DC)
Interview
Many steps and writing samples are required. Not much feedback was given though I made it to the final stages. They ghosted for weeks until I checked in on my status.
