Written Test
( 1.aptitude test. It was lengthy but time was less. Qns were very easy. I could attempt 70% of test only.
+ technical related to general mechanical and electrical engineering subjects. It was also easy. Very basic)
followed by Gd and PI
Gd topics were very general related to current affairs.

2 to 4 Basic hr Qns. Like family background, why Dcm. Bond terms.
Technical Qns about basic electrical engineering_like Dc motor. Plcs. Qns related to Your projects and Internship.

General Aptitude-technical aptitude-GD- PI(Hr + technical).
You should have a good command over Electrical Engineering. Specially Motors & AC/DC supply.
You should prepare your favourite subject. study different operations of manufacturing processes..
HR is easy but technical is tough. So you should prepare thoroughly. At the end they might ask you about salary and bond signing. Repy them honestly. "Confidence is the key to crack every interview".

what is the motor in a cealing fan? what is a 3 phase supply, transfomer? Which material is a shaft made up of? conventional/unconventional sources of energy? Synchronous/A synchronous motor?
why u want to join this company? why we should hire u? strengths and weakness?
