Worst interview of my life. I went back to friends with stories because of how bad the owner was. For an hour he talked poorly about millennials, talked more about that than asking me about my experience. I went in with a PCB I had created as example of past work and he said they would be more advanced there. I asked how and he did not know what to say. Either doesn’t know what is in his products or just lied. I was embarrassed to be interview by the owner, I was ready to take a pay cut going into the interview because PCB Design was high on my dream job list and I was ready to work day and night for them and make less, but after talking with the owner there was nothing they could do to get me on. I would not recommend this as a place to work or purchase from, low quality control and employees are not treated kindly.
