The whole recruitment process went from an aptitude test, a group discussion, and finally the interview. The group discussion was chaotic as there were around 30 participants. They selected 9 candidates including me for the interview process. In the interview, I was the last candidate and they were tired and uninterested in taking my interview. They relieved me in 5 minutes even after getting all answers right.

I had two interviews, one was at Tokyo and final one was at HQ. Before the interview there was a screening by resume and SPI test. At the first interview, there are 3 interviewer. Two of them are engineers and one is HR. They are really kind and friendly. They asked us based on my resume and trying to find my strongest point.
