I would like to share my feedback regarding the recent interview process: The interview was a Director-level round (third round). There was no separate HR round; only basic HR questions were asked. The interview duration was approximately 30 minutes. The HR interaction took place in Navi Mumbai. There was excessive waiting time between the rounds. The process felt unprofessional and time-consuming. I hope this feedback helps in improving the overall candidate experience.
