The HoD with tehcnical team will ask questions. They also view your enthusisam and hard work nature. When you go the the office, they will ask your background, and specific questions rleated to the project

Interview process is easy. HR contacts and then manager and then team. Team interview is average. Some technical questions. Manager round is also average. Overall it is an easy process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DHI Group (El Dorado Hills, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Recruiter emailed from DICE. I call him back. Submitted my resume then no word back.
Salary range is $60k o $80k for a senior software engineer.
I was able to answer all their technical questions.
Emailed again 4 weeks later and they say that they have other candidates to interview.
They wanted to do a Skype but connection so bad I could not hear hiring manager. We could only see each other.
Had to switch to phone.
Recruiter followed up they wanted a second round but never scheduled.
